With the flex service, you can make changes until the first day of validity for your e-vignette. You can only make changes online via Order management. Change requests made to customer services in writing or by telephone are not included in the scope of the flex service.
An e-vignette with the flex service activated can be cancelled before the first day of validity. In the event of cancellation, the e-vignette which has been ordered will not be registered or deleted. We will refund the full purchase price to you within 14 days of cancellation, excluding the flex service fee, using the payment method that you originally used. You can only make cancellations online via Order management. Cancellation requests made to customer services in writing or by telephone are not included in the scope of the flex service.
No, that’s not possible. The flex service can only be booked for e-vignettes with a validity date in the future. This is because changes or cancellations can only be made up to the first day of validity for an e-vignette. The flex service is particularly aimed at travellers who want to book an e-vignette early and stay flexible.
